We create customers for our customers and the majority of our work is conducted on the telephone, calling businesses all over the UK and holding a fact-finding conversation with the business owner to introduce varying services to them. Our benefit-lead sales skills are always aiming to gain commitment from the owner to meet with our clients about the services we have just introduced. The most essential skill to have is the confidence to hold conversations whilst identifying and closing opportunities effectively and professionally. Must have at least 12 months experience in business to business telemarketing with fantastic listening and verbal skills.
